Had WONDERFUL stay in February. The staffs were superfriendly & extremely accommodating. The location was good and perfect in a calm area, short walk to the seafront, restaurants, cafes and shops, and downtown area. Besides, it was 1 mile away from Rossio Square.

Excellent cleaning, quite good location (quiet area and next to the financial and tourist center), comfortable bed, quiet street to rest and well isolated rooms. I read comments about the hotel being a bit old, but I found a very good hotel (no carpet in the room, for example) that is worthwhile. The staff is very friendly and helped us with our doubts.
Days before I arrived I was charged a third of the price of my stay on the card, which I can understand. However, when I made the final payment they did not deduct that amount but charged me the total and ordered the return of the rest. The result is that I have been waiting more than a week for that money. . Another "negative" point is the parking of the hotel and it is q besides something expensive (15 ?) is subject to availability. When we arrived there was no space, but in the end it was positive because I parked easily in the area without cost (it was the weekend and therefore there was no parking meter).

Quickly placed in a hotel. The staff is friendly. The hotel is old enough, but it's working properly. Breakfast was very tasty. At first glance, it was a small selection, but generally a standard hearty breakfast. There was a crib in the room, thank you very much for that!
The hotel is old enough and it is very noticeable by the dust and dirty walls in the carpet, and the crib was very old. They expected more for that kind of money. Also did not like the location. You have to make a huge hook to Parque subway to the next street. One of them has a bridge and the other one has a descent with stairs. It was very uncomfortable with a pram. So the nearest subway station is Picoas...

We took a room in this hotel for 6 nights on the stock, price per night with breakfast was around 90 euros. arrival was around midnight, we warned the hotel about the late check-in - everything went smoothly, we were waited for and met with a smile. location is good - next to the station blue and yellow branches Park and Picoas and Marquis de Pombal square. There begins Avenida da Liberdade, on which it is necessary to walk at least once in the center - beautiful and interesting. room with a window on a quiet street - sleeping was comfortable. It's true that around 8 am a car came for garbage and with the ringing of bottles emptied the container, it did not interfere with us, at this time we did not sleep. room is clean and comfortable, furniture is comfortable, bathroom is fine and works without complaints, good cleaning every day. There is a TV set, safe and a mini-bar fridge, kettle with bags of tea-coffee, cups and glasses. I will not agree with those who spoke about old age and "fatigue" of this hotel - in our room I did not see it. Is it only the absence of the lid of the off button on the central air conditioner's remote control - but it's a trifle that didn't interfere with its work. August was not hot, night was +15-18 C, we opened the window for ventilation. Breakfast is good, everything you need to eat. For hot - omelette, Breakfast was good, porridge or ham vermicelli. Factory yogurts, butter, cheese, ham, tomato salad. Fruit: watermelon, melon, pineapple, papaya, orange. Good baking, fresh tender croissants are especially pleasant; True, coffee could be better. There are only two buttons in a big coffee machine on this topic: "coffee black" and "coffee with milk" - cappuccino lovers will be sad. I always took black coffee, it looked like a bean, somehow it was pretty sour. Overall, days spent in this hotel in beautiful Lisbon left a very pleasant impression. I boldly recommend this hotel as a conscious choice of price/quality.

The home made orange marmelade at the breakfast counter! I hate these little plastic boxes with jam. The location of the hotel is perfect. Metro-stations of three different lines are at walking distance, also the one that goes to the airport. Nevertheless, it is in a quite street, there is hardly any noice from outside.
The Turim Europa hotel is a business hotel. Contact with the personnel is alike. Six pillows on the bed is a bit exagerated. My bathroom was really very small (room 1.02).
